Bam Bam

Bam Bam
I love to hold my head up and make it very difficult for mom and dad to burp me. It's fun to show off how strong I am.

Moses Basket

As you can tell I am so long I barely fit in my moses basket. Maybe I can make it last another week or so, good thing my crib is coming tomorrow.

This is my whistle face. I like to pretend that I know how to whistle, it must be those musical genes I have inherited.

Man Gown

Man gown
Mommy likes me in my gowns, because it makes me much easier to change especially since I am so squirmy. My dad does not like hearing that his son wears a gown so now mommy calls it a man gown and he likes that better.

Nocturnal

This is what I do all day besides eat and poop. I have my days and nights confused so it is a little hard on my mommy and grammy, but it doesn't bother dad much since he sleeps through everything.

Glow Worm

I had a bit of jaundice due to my conehead so I had to be on photo therapy at home and I had to wear this belt. It lit me up like a glow worm. I am fine now and don't have to wear it anymore!!

Gabriel Scott born on June 6th

Well he finally has arrived. We went to the hospital Sunday night and I was given cervidil in order to help get my cervix ready. The next morning I was induced and labor began at 7:00 am. The reason for the induction was that the doctor was concerned that he was already a big baby and would just get bigger the longer we waited. Labor was going as smoothly as it could go with a wonderful epidural. Brent was surprised at the lack of drama. About 6:00 pm I began to push and continued for the next two hours. After realizing that Gabriel's head was turned and that is why he was not descending the doctor decided that we should use the vacuum and as a last result a C-section. Well needless to say he was vacuumed out and that is when the drama began.
When he came out he had a huge conehead, and weighed 9.1 lbs and 21 1/2 inches long. So he was a big baby and did quite a number on me, but let me tell you he is worth it.

Only 2 days until June 5th. If he doesn't come today or early tomorrow on his own we are going to the hospital on Sunday. So we will be having a baby within the next few days.
